Thanks. I got most of the JDBC spool repository implementation done...
everything's compiling and messages are going in ok. I need to work on the
delayed instantiation stuff, but I've just figured a better way to do this
delayed/avoided MimeMessage instantiation thing anyway. I will hopefully
commit in a day or two and then let people try it on other databases
(testing on SQL Server 2k at home).
