Yes there is problems with Jdk 1.3 and Redhat 7.0

Another possible workaround is to use this matchup
jdk 1.3.0_02 w/ RH 7.0
-or-
jdk 1.3.1 w/ RH 7.1
I'm currently using jdk 1.3.0_02 w/ RH 7.0 and am having no problems.
