I guess the reason for this is that this isn't just notifying a particular
address... it's something dynamic. True, with half a brain I could have
written this into one mailet, but I often code without that much.

A centralized notifier could ideally...
1. configure notify the address of...
a) the sender,
b) the postmaster, or
c) whatever email address you wanted

and
2. configure the sender of the notification to...
a) <> (nobody and unbounceable),
b) the postmaster,
c) recipient, or
d) the sender (?)

and
3. configure if/how to deal with the message contents
a) leave untouched (so like a forward)
b) comments w/message body inline
c) comments w/message body inline and message headers
d) comments w/message as an attachment rfc??? (whatever you were talking
about)
e) comments w/no message

and
4. extendible so you could override a method to programmatically set the
included comments for a given message.

That'd be quite nice in my mind... probably other nice features you could
add as well, but there's a preliminary spec for you. :)
