Kevin,

Sounds like a tool that could be useful for general Phoenix reuse.  If 
it can be made into a regular block, then it would be a worthy addition 
to Cornerstone (the depot for Phoenix blocks).  Perhaps you'll like to 
join that list and see if it has a place there, albeit with a 
conditional 1.4 compile.
