I knew that, but still:
1. renaming has to be done: james-server.xml -> james-environment.xml
2. in this file policy block has to be changed to
<policy>
<grant code-base="sar:SAR-INF/lib/*">
<permission class="java.security.AllPermission" />
</grant>
</policy>
... I think so
