Here is my current collection. Includes checking null returns from MailRepository.retrieve(). I wrapped lock logging statements with DEEP_DEBUG instead of commenting them out. Includes the sqlResources.xml changes with TABS removed. Includes my change that explicitly adds the IP address for each known host into the local server name list. I don't see what changed between 2.0a3 and 2.1, but without this change I am not seeing <user@address-literal> recognized as local (where appropriate).
