[PATCH] Collected patches

This set of patches adds:

  - autobracket attribute for list manager
  - autodetectIP attribute
  - makes the SMTP server's hello name available to mailets
  - uses the SMTP server's hello name in RemoteDelivery
  - attempts to make the postmaster fallback
    postmaster@any-valid-local-domain, rather than @localhost.

Each of these has been discussed on the list recently in some detail.
