I suspect the problem is the FETCH comand is not sufficiently implemented and both Mozilla and Ximian Evolution use the FETCH command for retrieving messages. Like I said, my opinion shouldn't count for much but I think this basic functionality should be present before putting it in the head: 1. You should be able to get a list of folders (that seems to work) 2. You should be able to get your text-only messages (thats the part that doesn't work) 3.
