We all have ideas that we want to propose and discuss, and I don't mind
discussing design on the mailing list -- it is a good place to do it -- but
we really need a Wiki to keep active ideas in one place, and organized. It
is the difference between a whiteboard and a ticker tape. I do not consider
that submitting proposals to be merged onto a TODO page to have the
immediacy and functionality of a Wiki.
Danny, any chance you can put one on mailet.org? I've got several Wikis
running, too, and Nic offered one (if I recall correctly).
