I have written and tested a Matcher and Mailet for the Habeas Warrant Mark. The code is licensed under the Apache Software License, and is attached to this message. Use of the Habeas Warrant Mark when sending e-mail requires a license, but no license is required to use the mark for filtering, or to include marking technology (the mailet). Explicit authorization from Habeas is embedded in each source file.

The most common use of this code will be to embed this matcher:
<mailet match="HasHabeasWarrantMark" class="ToProcessor">
<processor> transport </processor>
</mailet>
in the root processor immediately prior to the anti-spam checks. I would
not use the matcher to bypass anti-relay controls.
