James supports multiple domains in various ways.  My mailet hasn't been
committed, yet, but yes, I have been using the mailet to support multiple
domains for a couple of months.  It acts similarly to sendmail's virtual
user table.  The caveat is that it is not integrated into RemoteManager, so
you have to maintain the database table via some other means.  Personally, I
almost never use RemoteManager.  I manage James directly through the
database as much as possible.
