I would like to liaison for james project.

Credentials:
- Interested in security
- Have security background
- Working on a significant security related open source project.

I am also planning to volunteer for security web page effort. I do similar
work for open directory project so should be complementary and may help
both.

Are others interested too ? There can be multiple liaison individuals per
project.

Committers, is that ok with you ?

thanks,
Harmeet
