http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=12274 Fails to initialize under IBM 1.3.1_01 JDK [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution| |FIXED ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2002-10-23 12:51 ------- Based upon this part of the exception record: rethrown from java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.io.FilePermission /opt/james/apps/james/var/mail/spool read) at java.security.AccessControlContext.checkPermission I would concur that this was due to the recent (at the time of the report) introduction to James of security with Phoenix. Subsequently, the default policy in the James distribution was set to be open. I am currently running James with IBM 1.3.1_01 without error. Hence closing this bug. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:james-dev-unsubscribe@;jakarta.apache.org> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:james-dev-help@;jakarta.apache.org>
