Thank You.  I'm an idiot.  I linked to the wrong directory and when I restarted James 
the version switched.  Another small problem is that I can't build the 2.1 .sar from 
source. I've got a work around to get my mailet into a binary so it's not a big deal 
but here's the error if you're interested.
