Merged your changes:
1. Added the ability to recurse into subfolders.
2. Performance/efficiency improvements
3. leaveonserver now works properly
4. added support for fetchall which fetch's all messages read or not
(similar to Linux fetchmail)
5. Added back the X-header X-fetch-from
6. Bug fixes
Plus the change for reseting the extra dot counter within a line.
