Are you using the 2.1.3 nightly, or the 2.1.2 release? There is bug in the
2.1.2 release. As soon as as a couple of pending fixes are posted, we
should probably put out v2.1.3 as a release. I'll be off-line until next
week, but can look into pushing out a release when I get back if no one else
gets to it.
The fixes are NNTP fixes, which are completed, and should be merged this
week. And someone ought to look at the recent bounce bug reports to see if
those can be patched quickly.

But, always, I have nothing write when I receive mails!!!
