I believe that the difference between a binary distribution and a
"MailetSDK" binary distribtion is that the latter has the Mailet API
javadocs. They are in a directory called MailetSDK/javadocs/. Only a
source distribution would have docs for everything, and we made a change a
while back to remove generated files from the source distributions to cut
the size down quite a bit.
./build.sh usage
will list the build options. build.bat should do the same thing, AFAIK.
