I'm not sure how to resolve this, but I'm pretty sure I know what's
happening.
Outlook uses the Received header to determine whether the message was
received. James is using Italian to create the date, so 24/07/2001 becomes
Martedi, 24 Luglio 2001 (those italian classes finally paid off!).
Abbreviated that's mar, 24 lug 2001. Outlook sees that date and thinks
"March 24 [gibberish] 2001" which is 24/03/2001.
I'm not sure if we've patched the date generator since the 1.2 release...
I'm not sure what the spec says on this... I'm not sure if it's always
supposed to be in English, or Outlook is being funny here, or if this is an
unavoidable coincidence.
