Question on how many emails should be recieved if duplicate recipient addresses are present. If there is an email that has a. my email address twice in the 'TO' address b. my email address in the 'TO' and 'CC' address In case 'a' one email is sent via Outlook Express. It looks like Outlook removes duplicates in the address field. In case 'a' 2 email is sent by directly invoking James Mail Repository. 2 emails are sent in case 'b'. Should there be duplicate recipient checks inside James ? I don't think RFC's talk about duplicates. Do you know something about this ? What do you think makes sense ?
