If james 1.2.1 cannot remotely deliver an email,
it stores mail back in outgoing with a longer filename than before.
Actually I think the filename is built in the following way:
hexString(mailID+retryString)+(.private.StreamStore|.private.PersistentStore)
The replyString for 37 replies is
012345678910111213141516171819202122232425262728293031323334353637
Then for the 38th reply, avalon denies to store the email back, because
filename
is too long.
