I have not set the RemoteAddrNotInNetwork matcher.
I am trying to send an email from another computer to
this server with JAMES on it. It never even gets there.
I get a return message saying:

If there isn't Outlook or any other mailing program on the server that I
installed JAMES on
what do I use?
