Right now there is a very primitive listserv in James named JDBCListserv,
and there's also a CommandForListserv that may or may not work (I haven't
used it in quite some time).  Right now there is little documentation on
this (partially because it's not really good enough to be used in
production) so you'll have to read the listserv archives or look at the
source code to see how to set it up.
