I have two users set up on my james install. I can get send an email from anywhere (hotmail, yahoo,work) to these two user accounts but I can't send an email from these two accounts out. All attempts end up going into the spam folder. The only emails that go out are from these two users to each other. In other words I can send and email from userA to userB, from hotmail to userA or userB, but if I reply or even send from userA or userB to hotmail or anywhere else the message goes to the spam folder.
