My script looks like this JavaService.exe -install "JamesMailServer" C:\j2sdk1.4.0\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll -Djava.ext.dirs=d:\james\lib -Djava.class.path=d:\james\bin\phoenix-loader.jar;d:\james\bin\phoenix-e ngine.jar; -start org.apache.avalon.phoenix.launcher.Main -out d:\james\logs\stdout.log -err d:\james\logs\stderr.log
Let me know if this helps. I never had it prompt me for an associated program for jvm.dll. I wonder if you have a parameter in the wrong order. Just comp my "script" and replace one by one with your paths. Should work. Let me know if you have any questions Mark. How do I resolve that? It was easy to set up and works like a charm. Let me know if you have any questions.
