I don't think there's a matcher that does this, and I can't think of 
reason why there shouldn't be... makes perfectly obvious sense that you 
would want to allow domain1.com to send emails as well as a network 
range [xxx.yyy.zzz.*].

I think there's a concern that this isn't secure as it would allow 
someone who hacked your DNS server to send any kind of emails, but many 
administrators would probably still find it convenient (and if you're 
DNS server is hacked, you're probably got bigger problems than spam).
