A "ghost" is a mail message that the processor has finished with, it may
have copied it elsewhere, or it may be destroying it. a message with state
ghost is therfore one that is to be destroyed.

this problem shouldn't be happening, take a seat and tell the group more
about your system and its configuration.. ;-)
