I use it in a handful of situations, but not for full email (SMTP/POP3
accounts) service for more than a score of users.
I use it to process mail, mainly mailing lists and redirection, and although
I've found a possible bug in JDBC which appears over extended uptime, it
seems pretty stable.

I don't think so, except insofar as they may be applied externally (and be
very large, like the size of an INTEGER in your db, or whatever)
