I'm no guru on James, but from what I've seen of the code, it seems that
James keeps it's own list of spool entries in memory. So you can't do a
"drop" of a file(s) into the spool dir like you can with traditional
MTAs. (Nor for that matter can you delete files...)

Maybe this should be an RFE ? (and maybe shorter file names as well !)
