You mean you want them to be able to send e-mail to the Internet?

Use the RemoteAddrNotInNetwork to prevent relaying for anyone not on your
internal subnet(s), and allow people on your subnet(s) to send e-mail to the
Internet. You could even apply your own filters on messages intended for
the Internet to scan for improper information.
