I am new to using James, so please bare with me. The question i am going to ask may be a very basic one. I am using Apache's Jetspeed to build portlets. Jetspeed has an option of sending mails to newly registered users using james. So I downloaded james and installed it ( using run.bat ) The result was .. Phoenix 4.0a4Application file:/C:/james-2.0a3/apps/james.sar uses a deprecated packaging format. James 2.0a3-cvs Started POP3 Server plain:110 Started SMTP Server plain:25 Started NNTP Server plain:119 After that i used jetspeed ....but i never get e-mails..
