I like DbVisualizer very much too. I also like a tool that you can find 
at http://sourceforge.com
phpMyAdmin. An excellent tool for dealing with mysql. You can drop 
databases/tables. Create them also
and the program will printout the sql to create these tables. So you 
can hack around with it and the have it spit
out the sql to make your tables. Very much worth looking into. It's #2 
on the top ten list at http://sourceforge.com
