The RemoteAddr[Not]InNetwork matchers accept domain names as well as IP addresses. That will only help with respect to a sending machine (by name) or network (IP range).
You could look at the "SenderIs" matcher, and create a similar matcher that
only checked the domain. Mind you, the sender information can be forged.
