all mail recieved by the SMTP handler passes through the spool and the
Mailets, this is because when a mail sent from your computer to another
computer via James-SMTP is received by James it is an Incoming mail, only
after it has been recieved by James and identified as a mail to be relayed
onwards does it then become an outgoing mail compared with a mail for local
delivery.
