(1) You have old code. Please download the current Milestone build.
We should have a full Release build shortly.
(2) You haven't configured James, yet, it appears. Please look at
the config.xml file.
I also recommend that you update your JDK, if it really is JDK 1.4.0 on
Windows.
By the way, I generally recommend that RemoteManager have the bind address
set to localhost. Use SSH to access a remote server more securely than
telnet.
