Help: Why valid email went to SPAM folder?

Just wonder why some of valid emails went to SPAM folder? The following is of of the valid email headings from our customer. I check the address "160.83.65.199" is not is not in spam list from http://www.mail-abuse.org/cgi-bin/lookup

Any help would appreciated.
