I could use some help with the installation and configuration of James 2.0a3
on Windows XP. I unzipped the zip file. I then defined the environment
variables, JAVA_HOME, PHOENIX_HOME, and PHOENIX_JVM_OPTS.
I then ran run.bat in the \bin directory.
I received the following message:
