from 2.0.1 to 2.1 message_body in Oracle can't be seen

Greetings!

    I upgraded from James 2.0.1 to 2.1 and noticed
    the message_body changed from long to long raw
    in Oracle. I have some other code that munges
    around the inbox table, I haven't downloaded
    the source for 2.1 can anyone tell me how 2.1
    get's the message body content, at the moment
    I'm using getAsciiStream() is it just a change
    to getBinaryStream()???
