We don't know where to start, either, since you haven't really explained
what you need. From the above, I can't tell if you:
a) want to know how to install james
b) want to know how to configure james
c) want to know how to write a new web mail package
d) want to know where to find an existing web mail package to customize
e) want to know how to tie a web mail package into Jame's database tables
f) want to know how to tie a web mail package into an SMTP/POP3 server
g) some combination of the above
