I was able to reproduce the exception, and made some changes. By any
chance, were you sending the message by hand using telnet? The error was
reproducible if the message didn't have From and To headers. I've fixed
that in the code that I'll post later.

for setting the recipient of the original message/format the original

I'm not quite sure how you're triggering the ServerTime mailet, but what
it's trying to do is have the sender of the response message be the
recipient of the message that triggered it.
It should still do some error checking to prevent this null pointer from
happening though.
