i would first focus on the elements and then the tags. any
comments are really for offering an alternitive.
seek the dtd file and build the your xml parser/editor from
that...
also, look in the archives as others have also expressed
need/want to an admin tool; there might be working code out
there.

i don't think it too much to do, but am not sure of the
