IMPORTANT: James v2.1.2a2 fixes a defect that could result in lost outgoing
messages. The bug was introduced on November 10, 2002 and is present in ALL
builds subsequent to that date. We expect to rapidly release v2.1.2 as soon
as it has undergone additional testing.
