Something rather odd is going on with your system. Attached is a test
program that is a standalone version of InSpammerBlacklist.
$ java -cp . RBLTest relays.ordb.org 127.0.0.1
1.0.0.127.relays.ordb.org was not found.
$ java -cp . RBLTest relays.ordb.org 24.205.35.67
67.35.205.24.relays.ordb.org was not found.
$ java -cp . RBLTest relays.ordb.org 66.139.73.75
75.73.139.66.relays.ordb.org was not found.
Give this a shot on the same server.
