I think both approaches comes with advantages and disvantages but I think we
should stay on the standard Mail API side trying to reuse as much as we can:
in this view I choose for Serge's proposal of the clone() method which I
think can introduce an higher level of manageability if supported in a good
manner by the server: I'm speaking about methods we can use to get all infos
and objects needed for further access on the mail viewed as a whole unique
branch and not only as a fork. As a famous wheel producer says: SPEED IS
NOTHING WITHOUT CONTROL!
