Yes, I realized a day or two after I sent this that this was the case.  This
is also something I'll want to patch for 1.2.1 (will add it to my list).
How's this... either take the HELO hostname given (or detected if none is
given) and prepend postmaster@ as the sender?  Alternatively we could have
MailAddress have a static defined special "NullAddress" value... maybe I'll
do that... not quite sure what's best though... I'll read the RFC to try to
understand the significance of the empty address.
