Unfortunately I don't see any screenshot/photos in your email.

I don't use Windows myself, so I likely won't be able to help, but
I could try asking one of the Jami developers who runs Windows to see
if they could help.

How are you trying to build it?  I believe the easiest way would be
using the `build.py' script in the jami-project repository.
The following page contains instructions for building the jami-qt
client on Windows:
