I am experiencing an issue with Jami during peer-to-peer voice calls
between two Android devices.
The devices I am using are:
Oppo A7 (Android 8.1, with SIM card)
Vivo Y20 (2021) (Android 10, no SIM card, connected via Wi-Fi)
My goal is to use Jami for P2P voice calling without relying on phone
numbers or caller ID. The app works partially: when speaking from the Vivo
device, the audio is received clearly on the Oppo device. However, when
speaking from the Oppo device, no audio is heard on the Vivo device.
I have already granted all the necessary permissions on both devices,
including microphone access. Despite this, the issue persists. I suspect it
may be related to compatibility with the older Android version on the Oppo
A7.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in identifying the cause of this
one-way audio issue and suggesting a possible solution.
