Hi all,
I wrote the below because I have been faxing a message in english to
our japanese vendor who can read english, but sometimes ignores me
especially when I ask for the percent rent. So I wanted to send a
memo in japanese, but something very simple, but grammatically
correct. Would the info below be ok? We have a business
relationship. He's a tenant in our bldg. and he is supposed to send
the percent rent report monthly.

Thanks,
Catherine
