(to clarify) Since "watashi" (me) is followed by "wa" (topic particle), the sentence refers to "watashi" and what "watashi" did; "Mika" is just the subject of the sentence. Unless it is for emphasis or to change topic in a conversation, "watashi wa" need not be added.
