I'm positive that there will be some link up between the capabilities
system and third party JVM's.  In netscape 4.x, the security dialogs
for java were actually written in java, but for netscape 5.x they're
being rewritten in C (since netscape isn't working on java anymore).
look in mozilla/caps for the new stuff.

the mozilla/modules/oji stuff is changing daily, and it's really hard
to keep up... there is as yet no hookup for the caps stuff (that I
know of...) but I'm sure it'll be there soon.
