At first glance, I see no problems with it. Is it incompatible with
the old one? I don't use it (yet), so I don't know if it is a
problem. Is guile-config compatible with glib-config and gtk-config?
Will this new japhar-config be compatible with all these. If answers
to these are "no, yes, yes", then I'll add it to the repository.
If the answers are something else, I'll have to start thinking. :-)
